When are YOU going to stop relying on Injury Data As A Measure of Safety?

 

It is highly illogical to use a measure that can clearly be the result of LUCK to measure the existence of a state of safety. Safety is what we DO it’s not what doesn’t happen to us. If YOU don’t stop using this measure and giving it  importance in your organization…WHO WILL?Quote
